I need to say just one thing about my first Zumba Dance class: I AM DEAD! Really, first class was awesome.. I think my body will hurt along the day... But I really don't care and I don't give a fuck for it.


If you like to dance, you will get the steps easily. If you don't... So, I think you'll lose more kcal than other trying to do the step right lol. At the gym, we have a room with mirrors front of us and teacher stay in the middle of the room to teach step by step while music is on.


If you don't have any patience to stay lifting weights at the gym, practice zumba. It is funny, you get sweat and will lose until 1,000kcal in one hour of class. So, let's zumba!
